Performance, system reliability, energy efficiency and indoor environmental quality are of upmost importance for museums and performing arts centers.  Of particular importance for museum spaces are temperature, humidity, sunlight infiltration, ventilation and air quality to protect valuable artifacts.  Likewise, for performing arts theaters, these same measures plus occupant comfort, acoustic requirements and equipment noise control must be considered.

In addition to its commissioning or retro-commissioning services, EEI has provided assessment, design, energy conservation and investigative engineering services for more than 40 museums, auditoriums, libraries and theaters.
