EEI has provided services to the Defense Commissary Agency in the commissioning of commissary facilities across the United States, including Guam.
Commissary projects may be associated with the construction of new facilities, or the alterations/remodel of existing facilities, and generally include non-perishable and refrigerated food storage, food processing, staging, receiving, sales and administrative areas.
EEI’s commissioning scope of services includes functional performance tests for the following systems: HVAC and controls, domestic water heater, emergency power, intrusion detection system, closed-circuit television, fire alarm and mass notification, data cabling, public address and music systems, electric gates and electrically operated doors.
